New Repair Ticket System

To improve the efficiency and organization of handling repair requests, we’re excited to announce the implementation of a new ticket system. This system will streamline the process by providing a centralized platform to log, track, and manage all repair requests. Each request will be assigned a unique ticket, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and timely resolution.

Some repair requests may not be immediately feasible to address. Certain tasks are deferred to the winter season when the irrigation run schedule allows for more time to perform intensive maintenance and larger-scale repairs.

Additionally, the district board is committed to approving significant system improvements each winter. These efforts include replacing open ditches with buried pipelines, upgrading outdated valves, enhancing pumping equipment, and installing modern digital flow meters. These new meters are designed to meet county water reporting and monitoring requirements, ensuring greater accuracy and compliance while improving overall system efficiency.

When you submit a repair request online, you will receive a tracking email that lets you monitor the status of your ticket. This email enables you to add comments, respond to district updates, and view the scheduled completion date for your work order, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
