Clean up your Easements

Overgrown easements pose significant risks to our district staff and hinder our ability to safely deliver irrigation and conduct repairs. It is the responsibility of homeowners to ensure their easements remain clean and safe for our staff’s access.

To address the growing concern of overgrown and impassable easements, the district has enlisted the services of a reputable third-party landscape company to assist with cleanup efforts. To cover the expenses incurred by the district for this service, any easements cleared by the landscape company will be subject to a $200 fine.
