DISTRICT RULES & REGULATIONS

The board publishes and maintains the district rules and regulations as needed in order to facilitate smooth operation of the district. Home owners are responsible for abiding by the district’s rules and regulations. For the latest updates, please click the link to the right.

Current Schedule

Run Schedule

The schedule for the current run is published on Friday at 5PM. Any update prior to to Friday evening before a new run start is not valid. Times may change until the schedule is finalized.

Annual Schedule

Yearly Schedule

Annual schedules are published in December. Monthly irrigation deliveries occur Nov-Feb. Twice monthly deliveries occur Mar-Oct. New schedules are voted on by the board during the November meeting.

Repair Requests

Request Repairs

All repair requests are processed as quickly as possible. Please note: more complex repairs or low priority repairs are completed Nov-Mar during the slow season. Due to summer demand, not all repairs can be addressed between irrigation deliveries.

Clean up your Easements

Overgrown easements pose significant risks to our district staff and hinder our ability to safely deliver irrigation and conduct repairs. It is the responsibility of homeowners to ensure their easements remain clean and safe for our staff’s access.

To address the growing concern of overgrown and impassable easements, the district has enlisted the services of a reputable third-party landscape company to assist with cleanup efforts. To cover the expenses incurred by the district for this service, any easements cleared by the landscape company will be subject to a $200 fine.

Your cooperation in maintaining clear and accessible easements not only ensures the safety of our staff but also contributes to the smooth functioning of our irrigation and repair operations. Let’s work together to create a safer and more efficient environment for everyone involved.
